They announce themselves on TV and Radio. "This Fake liquidation sale / Bankrupt sale" you have to pay $10 dollars to get inside. You come out empty handed because the items are not worth what they sell it for and are very old. They make believe on the commercial that the items come from popular stores that went on Bankrupcy. However, the people selling the items are just regular people on their own with no company / department store whatsoever, who are trying to sell their own items as a regular flea market. After you pay $10, you realize that they sell $99 cents perfumes for $10 and 20 dollars.
They also have regular socks, blankets, pillows, lotions, etc at a regular price. But what is the point of paying $10 to get in when you can go to any other store to find the same items at the same price. You come out unhappy, deceived, and empty handed. You can go to any flea martket closer to your home and get much better dealsa nd never feel deceived / completly cheated. All of the people who were coming out at the same time as my family were complaning and felt deceived.
The computers are very old and scratched the same as other electronics. They have bad quality clothes. I did not see any brand name clothes at all. The gold jewlery they annouce is not real gold or just half gold jewlery, etc.
They steal your information too. You have to fill out a paper with your information and they make you belive it is for the chance to win a trip to different places. 3 weeks later they call you to let you know "you won the trip" from the expo center raffle. They wanted my credit card info and I found it unaccurate if the trip was free. I told them I was going to do my search first and after I make sure it is not a scam then I can give them my credit card. I did a search about the website they gave me and found out that they had cheated many other people. When they called I told them I did know it was a scam and asked them not to call me anymore.
Whoever is responsible for organizing this event should also be blamed for the scam raffle and scam "bankrupt sale". The owner of the expo center should know who they rent their place for and what is being done on it.
