Misleading e-mail

On November 11th I received an e-mail stating that there is a dell XPS going for $20. And you can bid for 1 CENT. I clicked on the link then it said put in your card information. I tried to go beyond to see what was next but it did not allow me to until I put in my card information. I put in the card information and clicked on "NEXT" - to my SURPRISE the page said "thank you for your order" "MEMBERSHIP CONFIRMATION" "THANK YOU FOR JOINING BUYLOW AUCTIONS" ITEM ORDERED $159. I immediately called the said company and explained what had happened. I told them that I did not intend to order anything for that amount and furthermore the word "SUBMIT" did not appear on the screen and would like them to cancel the transaction. They refused and offered a 50% refund. I told them that the e-mail message was misleading and that I was not interested in their business. I contacted the bank but the bank asked me to call BUYLOW AUCTIONS and asked them to credit my account. I spoke with Ms. Paris of BUYLOW today, February 24 - I explained what had happened and that my account was in jeopardy but she refused to comply. I asked her for the business address she said that they did not have an address and that they are an online company. I was able to obtain BUYLOW's information from the Better Business Bureau.
