Horrible manager and customer service!

The folks, specially the supervisor, IGNACIO, are extremely unprofessional and may care less.

I'd Dragon Quest VI preordered (Reserve collection: 22089) like a present and visited choose it-up with my buddy (giftee). The supervisor was there and finally got me my game. I subsequently requested for that preorder bonus product - a Slime plush.

He furrowed his eyebrow and so I explained it to him with no problem. "Oh!"He said and visited allegedly try looking in the backroom. After he returned, he explained,"Haha. Sorry, appears like we put them out." and slided the overall game overthecounter tome stating,"Well, you arrived for this however correct? Bye."

I was awaiting him to express he was kidding and emerge using the plush. He was not. I had been simply in surprise, and requested,"How can they simply be disposed of?" He arrived having a phony justification the 'one' performing cargo is truly 'anal' and they also discard little things such as when they do not understand what it is for. What's that? He did not appear to treatment and start to become at all sorry about this.

As though which were the situation, he simply stated that they 'put' absent the reward products and about the evening they received delivery also allegedly.

The entire scenario was LUDACRIS, it had beennot truly the plush because it was the bad customer support we obtained.

While my mother questioned him for that area supervisoris quantity, he pretended as though he did not hear her. He did not provide her the amount and continued speaking. She advised him that she was hearing anything, that she would protest. It did not faze him at-all since he was smug and experienced that people could not do something. We shall never purchase from there again since what he's performing is definitely an injustice and honestly, in my opinion he does not deserve the task he has.

Which saddens me since I am an extremely faithful client from Gamestop. I like to purchase and purchase in the store. I've purchased in the additional surrounding types like in Westland Mall plus they were great. They really ackknowledge you, grin, and appear to appreciate the things they do. Unfortunately I anticipated exactly the same out of this gamestop, where I Have purchased previously, simply to be extremely dissapointed using the result.
