After we decided to change our minds because we did further research on Lexington law they still tried to charge us even after the day before telling us your cancellation has been approved. You have got to be kidding me even after cancelling service written and verbal and having our cancellation confirmed by your company you still tryed to run our credit card to draft payment from our account... Well they were right about your company your thieves no more than thieves wow and to think I almost gave your company a thousand dollars! Whew dodged a bullet on that one thank you BBB.
I will report this to them as well as every other forum I can find to let others know not to trust Lexington Law. The original contract stated that I had 5 days to cancel All I had to do was mail in the cancellation notice in which we did.
You set it up to include weekends which is another sign of scam warning!!! The 5th day fell on a Sunday? If all your interested in is taking peoples money once youve talked them into getting help, then your company is really no help at all. You make it hard to change there mind and hard to use the money back guarantee and almost impossible to cancel and thats wrong of your company to do that. It's very apparent that we made the right decision to cancel you cant even call me to ask me why? Your just interested in my money. You know that we want to cancel and weve never agreed to use your business. You ran my wifes credit without any permission without even talking to her! Its no wonder you have so many complaints nation wide. Your company is only out for 1 thing to scam people out of there money you should be ashamed. I will send a Cc: to the State Attorney Generals Office which shouldnt bother you being in your protective P. O Box in Salt Lake City, Utah another scam warning. Please leave me and my family alone.
