This Company needs to be shutdown; my client still has not received his product! Quoted one price then up charged from there. Liftgate Fee, client requested no liftgate, we get a call TWO WEEKS LATER the carrier roadway will not deliver unless we now pay extra for a liftgate to this address. We thought they had tried to deliver and it could not unload, it turns out they never even attempted to deliver. Then ANOTHER TWO WEEKS GO BY! Our client emails us asking where is his product, we call customer service and get the run around from 6 different people. We are now told the carrier never delivered because they needed to call first before delivery! WE WERE NEVER TOLD THIS, Now they want 245.00 in storage fees!!! Avoid this company
