My wife and I received a letter from Who'sWho Registry of Academic Excellence in October stating our son has been approved for listing in the 2010 edition for Middle School. We completed all required forms and placed our order for his plaque ($50.00 plus tax). We filed our initial complaint in November. It is now February and we have not received his plaque, our refund, or a response.
