Horrible business to cope with. I requested a sylvester hand on 5/18, informed might get to 5-7 times, i currently had pit made also it didn't appear on-call to Willis was informed it'd delivered and become there ina couple more. A follow-up phone claims it didnt vessel and might call-back. After another week without any call-back i requested to get a refund, week later however no refund, another week another telephone call but still no refund. Spoken to person who stated she'd approach. You know what nowadays a pine came but still no reimbursement. Another phone to willis and again informed will-call you back. Still waiting people! I've alreeady settled another person to grow a pine and today I've this. Please dont do any company with this specific organization really rude and like to hang-up you. After having completed business with both willis and fast-growing trees room.
