ProFloers.com Took My Money Refused To Deliver Flowers & Refused To Refund My Money

I clicked on an ad for ProFlowers.com on a Farmville page in Facebook. The ad offered a deal on Valentine's flowers. I went to ProFlowers.com and pleased with the very low prices, ordered an ultimate 3 days of valentines gift delivered. The cost of my order was $217.54 They offered Paypal payments and since I have an account, I used Paypal.
The transaction went through and Paypal took the money out of my bank account that day.
I have the paypal transaction number and my bank statement to prove it.
The flowers were supposed to arrive, yesterday. They didn't. Upset, I called ProFlowers.com
customer service number listed on their web page.
The first customer service rep told me they couldn't send the flowers because the address I gave them wasn't a valid address. The address they had was the correct street address and is a valid address. The customer service rep kept insisting the address did not exsist. After about 10 minutes, the customer service rep hung up on me.
I called back and asked to talk to a supervisor. After being on hold for 2 hours, they connected me to a "supervisor" that sounded suspiciously like the same customer service rep that had hung up on me.
That person insisted that the address the flowers were supposed to go to wasn't a valid address. I insisted she google map the address to prove it was legitimate. She then acknowledge that it must be a computer error on their part and said that she'd make sure the flowers wer delivered that afternoon. She even offered to credit me $30.00 back for shipping.
The flowers did not arrive and I discovered that they had taken more money out of my paypal account - another $187.54!!! Without my consent! I called back.
I was on hold for an hour and a half then got to talk to another customer service rep.
This rep told me the same BS about the address and denied that I had been charged twice!
I said I had proof of both charges and offered to fax or email copies of my Paypal and bank statements. The rep called me a liar saying I didn't have the proof and they couldn't accept faxes or emails and hung up.
I called back and asked, again, to talk to a supervisor. The person I talked to this time apologised and said she'd look into it. After 45 minutes on hold, she came back on the line
stating that they couldn't deliver the flowers because it wasn't a valid address. Then she stated that they had a no refunds policy and that she couldn't refund my money. She said she couldn't find where they charged my account twice! Then she hung up on me.
I called Paypal and the rep I spoke with provided me with the tranaction numbers for both cleared tranactions and stated that ProFlowers.com does have my money. The Paypal rep suggested reporting ProFlowers.com to the Attorney General's office in my state and the BBB, as well as filing a report on here.
This morning, I found out that ProFlowers.com deducted another $217.54 from my acciount!!! Thats a total of $622.62 and still no flowers!!!

I called my bank and closed the account linked to my Paypal and opened a different account because my bank suggested I do that in case they tried to run any more charges. I also filed a fraud report with my bank. My bank said it might take them 6 months to investigate it!!!
Please don't do business with Proflowers.com
