We bought a Gaggia Baby Double Caffeine device about the 31st of September from Caffeine Period, a certified Gaggia merchant in Israel.

A couple of months later, there is substantial, noticeable deterioration in the foot of the device.

Coffee Period called us towards the importer, Caffeine Group, who informed us this was a recognized issue plus they might return to us once they acquired the alternative components from Gaggia in Italy.

Have used the final year producing repetitive telephone calls to Caffeine Group who repeatedly guaranteed to obtain back again to us, but never did so we increased the problem straight to Gaggia.

A person support consultant requested us to deliver her images of the faulty parts to ensure that she might organize the alternative of the right components.

Which was completed by mail on December 19th after which a telephone call within the first week of January.

Nothing. Nada. Not really a term from Caffeine Group, Caffeine Period, or Gaggia.

It seems that none of those businesses seems any obligation for promoting a faulty item, or perhaps the thanks to pursuing through on guaranteed motion to treat the problem.

Actually increasing the problem by publishing communications similar to this and images on Flickr seems to have no effect whatsoever.

Taking a Look At another communications about Gaggia appears to show that people aren't the only real target of the low quality and dreadful customer support which of the marketers and merchants.
