Manager and staff have a don't care attitude

I've had issues with all these Wimpy on two events. About the newest event, I went in having a buddy from international for breakfast. We lay there for roughly fifteen minutes without our desk being washed or verification from the waitresses that approved by during this period. Customers that arrived in after us were placed, had their platforms washed as well as their purchase obtained. Upon requesting among the waitresses why we were still being overlooked after fifteen minutes, she replied in an exceedingly rude method that, it was not her desk. I extended to sit down for another five minutes awaiting a server. I there-after quit the region and requested to talk to the supervisor. I told the supervisor the waitresses possess a poor perspective which we're currently departing once we waited for roughly fifteen minutes although customers that arrived in after us were observed to. The supervisor replied by stating: THAT IS GOOD, YOU MIGHT LEAVE IF YOU LIKE. I AM SORRY, and she laughs. Our issue to wimpy is, is that this the kind of picture we produce as South Africans? May be the client not of-value anymore. I'm seriously upset and humiliated that my buddy needed to abandon with this type of poor impact of South African customer support.
