2/4/11- Be Warned - We signed up for dispute service in May. We were to be provided 12 months of dispute service. We received two letters from this company only and now have not heard from them in 3 months!
I call and leave messages, no one calls back. I send email that go through but no one ever responds. This is shameful behavior. It appears this company is no longer in business even though the phone works and the web site is still there.
I call the man who recommended me this company to find out that he no longer represents them and that many others of his people have complained to him. This company and owner should be punished. $600 is a lot of money to me!
