TFC2010.com, Bruce McInnis Don't Work with this company. I paid $699 for credit letters and never got them, now can't get any contact with them

This company looks legit, the website says they helped 180,000 people. I DOUBT IT! I was fooled! They took my money and now have basically disappeared. I signed up June and was supposed to have received letters to send to the credit bureaus. Never got 'em! Don't bother calling them, waste of time. No one answers the phone or returns messages. And just try and complain or ask for help by email, might as well piss in the wind for all the good it will do you.

I, too, filed a complaint with the BBB, have never heard a peep. How do you get your money back from a company like this???
