I was happy with their service when I made my purchase, but not when I found that the product was damaged and needed to return it.
The customer service at the store off of Rockville Pike in Maryland. Was incredibly rude and unprofessional. His first response was "What did you do to it?" After which he told me I had the camera for 2 weeks and that was a bit of time, so I probably broke it. After finally getting me the camera he refused to give me a reciept, and said "this one is not coming back." And at the end of the exchange when i said thanks he said "good luck." So hopefully your products dont need to be returned or exchanged.
