Beware of Monarch ATM. Not a real ATM Company! Boy did I get ripped off, taken advantage of, and lied to. Please read and don't make the same mistakes I did. So I bought an ATM from this company without doing much research on them but assumed what could go wrong right? Well let me tell you. So I purchased the machine, from day one it was near impossible to get anyone to call me back. They showed up with it two weeks late, almost a month after I ordered it, and then when they did install it they had to come back two days later because they didn't install it right. Whoever they sent to install it did not know what he was doing or was done wrong because he ended up drilling two extra holes in my floor and my ATM isn't even level. I have had various other problems with this company over the year I have been with them from not returning phone calls to not getting my profit and money deposited on time. I hear there are good companies and bad companies out there. Take my advice and go with a big company, not two guys running a business out of their basement.
