Four Seasons Business consulting
Steven Arcuri, Stephen Phillips, Alyssa Alvarez Scammed! Took $3,500 to approve me for a business grant to expand business and hire new employees. No money, no working phones, no return emails!

I was contacted on the phone and offered information about free grants for my business. They asked me a few brief questions and was pre-qualified for $350,000.00. I was then contacted by Alyssa Alvarez who told me the whole process of how grant writing works and told me I had to send $3,500.00 to start the process of writing the grants and submitting to foundations. She told me I had to send the money right away if I was interested because we needed to submit before the quarter ends. The check was written on Oct 13.

I was then contacted by Steven Arcuri who told me he was my project manager and will be in contact with me throughout the whole process. We filled out about 35 pages of paperwork that supposedly were going to be submitted to the processing dept to start the writing process. I received a booklet in the mail with all the information I had provided and Steven told me everything looked great and we should be funded by the end of December.

I was contacted by Ronald Joseph and told me that I was approved for $5000,000 because I fitted the profile of another company who lost the grant for unknown reasons. He told me that the money was already there and all I needed to do was come up with a business plan. The cost of this was $15,000.00

I refused to send a penny more and said that I was not interested in $5000,000. I was approved for $350,000 and all that I was required to pay was $3500 for all the legal documents and grant writing.

I have not been contacted by anyone, nor have I been able to contact anyone on the phone. This is the biggest scam I have seen. WE are a small business struggling with this economy. How can the government allow such businesses to prey on innocent victims like us! Something should be done and Quick!
