I had the company come out to repair my refrigerator, came out replaced wrong part. Not once but twice. Then said they would not come out again. Promised a refund, month gone by no refund yet. Taking them to small claims court now... As that they have had 14 complaint issues in 2 yrs and that promised refunds went unpaid. One excuse after another. Choose another company for appliance repair. I chose them per phone book advertisement, thinking a big company, nope wrong only 1 serviceman, who doesn't know what he's doing, obviously. Always check with BBB 1st, before getting ripped off. I'm out $150 food spoilage after the repair, 47 days no working unit as couldn't afford another service call/company after them holding my money of $246. Finally had repair done for $100 less than their charges, taking payments per the situation.
