I called this company on 12/22/03 to place a basket for my sister-in-law in North Carolina. My sister-in-law is dying of cancer and I wanted to get her a real nice basket of goodies for Christmas I paid an additional $20.00 to have it delivered by 12/24/03. When I checked the "Order Status" on line on 12/26/03, it showed that the basked was still NOT delivered. I called several times on 12/26 to get nasty Customer Service Representatives and even their Supervisor (Elaine Peters) yelled at me and told me that she didn't care if it wasn't delivered, as it was FedEx's fault for the non-delivery not theirs.
I think this is the worst service I've had with ANY company, as they didn't even offer a refund or credit for the inconvenience. I could have called other companies to place my order, but I called them and now they don't even care if the basket was delivered.
Please DONT USE this company, because they don't care if items are not delivered and they don't want to help the customer.
