Ripped me off for $75.00 plus overdraft fees of $37.00

I got charged for 2 things from this company. One charge was 50 dollars, one for 25 dollars which was taken out of my checking plus 37 dollars for overdraft. I called the place on dec 30th and was assured it would be refunded in 7 to 10 days. I called back after not recieving it on jan 12 and they again said 7 to 10 days. As of the 22nd of jan it's still not there.
