Thompson's Bayveiw Funeral Home stole my 9 1/2 year old son's body for profit! Carol coherced me to sign forms, stating that this was best, in the event I had to go with what they offered, because time & greiving was working agains

My son was 9 1/2 years old and died from a misdiagnosis, my sister, Tisha was handling the affairs that had to do with my son's arrangements an made an appt. With Carol Thompson.

We had not agreed with the cost and was going to shop around for a better price and if we couldnt find anything, we were going to return to theThompson's to handle his service. Before leaving the offce, Carol made a suggestiontous that seemed to be sensable at the time, she gave her word that if I signed the forms, she woul NOT makea move without my go ahead and that due to budget cuts, the corener's office would be closed on Sunday. She or any other service would not be able to get his body before then.

I was due to call her by Sunday at 1:30 pm, after church, to let her know if we would need her services. I called her at 11:30 am to inform her that the Neptune Society was who we decided fit our budget and I almost fainted when she said to me that she already had my son's boby.

I ask her had he done anything to him she said no, I told her not to do anything, that Society would be to get him asap.instead of her respecing my wishs, she went ahead and cut his hair and embomled him, as if I told her we were using he services. This caused the original plans to be altered, forever, on how we said go bye to my son. His homegoing service was held on his 10th birthday because there was the essence of time at had to be maintained. He was due to be creamated, so ther was no need to embolmed him, and she charged us for picking him up and the work she did, WITHOUT MY CONSENT!

Apparently she had connections in the State agency that liscensed them because thefirst complaint I filed ws closed and Ior my witnesseswere NEVER contacted, but thank God for JESUS andrighteous peope. The case was reopened and there has bee a report filed against them for the unethical practices the perpetrated on me and my family. I am currently in litigation with this company, have protested and is about toavideo on how they did us and post it on youtube and if able Yahoo news. He will regret the day she touched my son's body, without my go ahead!

Why, did this monster continue to seek funds for my son, after he was gone from her office, i will never know!
