I ordered Frontline Plus for cats in September from TotalPetSupply.com The product I received was distributed from a warehouse in "Halfway House, South Africa" (according to the package). I compared the package with a product I purchased from a different company, the other package was noticeably different. I called Merial Frontline and spoke with customer service, they informed me that the product I received was actually a Fontline product, but not licensed to be sold in the United States because it had not been deemed by the EPA to be safely used here. TotalPetSupply informed me that it was okay to use on my pet regardless of what the Merial Frontline employee informed me. I will no longer order from TotalPetSupply.com
