I purchased a box of 3 liquid applications for my 2 shihtzus. The box says will kill all fleas adult to ticks you name it. What it did not say on box was you have to use for 3 consecutive months for the product to work at $37.00 a box. Aleesha the manager at frontline never returned my call the manager and the customer service rep told me that the only way known to consumers that it is a 3 step process to own or have access to computer because they do not disclose that on box. So for those of you out there with computers you know now but for consumers that just purchase a product with satisfaction guarentee out of luck they take your money and and are done unless you go search for them as I did. Know i purchased through jefferes in dothan al. They will be sending me a better product tomorrow and eat the lose. They have had many. Multiple complaints with this product. Come on merial just say 3 applications on box we are smart consumers we would have bought not now and im not the only one complaining.
