Order: October for a sick pet - Paid $50 for shipping. TSCPets web site states "Asia Standard" 6 - 10 day's. But my order never arrived and it's over 60 day's. Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, Colton, CA. And will file a lawsuit in Los Angeles County Court.
I was sent a tracking link and it took me to the USPS web site. And stated shipping "First Class International Mail", not Asia Standard. I called our Post Office Inspector and was told there isn't a shipping method called "Asia Standard" in the USA or in Hong Kong. And he said since they shipped First Class Mail you cannot track the package?
I immediately emailed TSCPets and asked why my order was shipped First Class Mail? And was told this was their shipping method to Asia. After 10 day's I emailed them again and the response was my package was "probably held up in customs".
I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, Colton, CA. And was told the BBB policy is to wait at least 30 day's from the filing date for the offending company to respond. But TSCPets ignored Better Business Bureau repeated requests to resolve my dispute.
I emailed TSCPets with a request for a full and immediate refund within 24 hrs, or I would file a lawsuit. Today I received an email from TSCPets who said they "put a tracer on my package". But since they know you cannot trace First Class Mail, it's a blatant stall tactic. And proves they are a fraud! They never addressed my refund request. And I suspect they never shipped my order?
If you have experienced fraud with this company, please file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, Colton, CA. And file a claim in small claims court. Both can be done online.
