There were a few pamphlets I gotfrom Safe National America. They were free so I was glad to have them becausethey were pretty much informational to my children. There were English vocabs, pronouns verbs and all that. So when finally I checked on my receipt, low andbehold the pamphlets were billed. The sales rep totally misinformed me aboutit. That price was insignificant but what happened totally gave me theimpression that the sales clerk or the other workers for that matter are notknowledgeable of what they sell at all. I could have went back and asked butthat was too much of a hassle on mypart. I take it as a good learning point not to trust what all the sales peoplehave to say. Actually my brother had the same experience so it appeared to medifferently knowing that this isnt an honest mistake on their part any more. It is sort of a connivance. I dont know but it looks that way, how come almostpeople have the same complaints. Its quite bothering.
