I ordered from 5th St outlet (one pair of ugg boots) the day after Thanksgiving. It is now Dec 27th and I have yet to receive them. From reading other's complaints, it seems like many of us were taken advantage of. I received an email (with many misspellings) early in Dec saying the boots I had ordered had been shipped and there was a tracking # but i still have not seen them. This company promised merchandise would be delivered within 5 to 10 business days. They had no problem pulling the money promptly out of my account on the day I ordered. They did this under the name Bigdeal.com. Which I've since found out is some bogus auction site Very very prompt at taking money out of your account. Lesson learned. Better business bureau notified, bank/visa investigating. Please consumers beware. Spread the word so others don't get sucked in like we did. You might think 5th st outlet looks legitimate because of listings on Price Grabber And Amazon but the are not. They also try to confuse you with their name which sounds like 5th ave (saks). Again beware!!!
