I was a modification representative at flaster law firm, pllc for several months. I was paid a commission per modification registered with the firm to modify the clients mortgages. I was a manager of the firm and i decided to leave the firm due to mr. Flasters practice of the business. The firm owes me over $4,000.00 as per the contract mr. Lawrence flaster signed for me to sell modifications for him and he says he is not going to pay me. I am taking all legal actions allowed by law. This is not an accusation, i have a signed contract and proof of all payments received. He is in breach of a signed contract and i do not feel a licensed attorney is right by not supporting a signed contract. He has held by the contract since it was signed and then decides he is going to breach it because i left the firm. Services were rendered.By law money is still due.
