Phone upgrage scam on X-mas day. Ruined 13year olds X-mas

I bought a Samsung windows phone for my 13 year old son for x-mas. I had/have the family plan for 4 phones for $111.00 a month. I got the phone on one of there 3-day specials and it was $149.00 instead of $249.00. On x-mas day i called and told them i wanted to switch his old phone to the new number. At that point they told me that it was an extra charge for the windows phone. Note the plan i had already included internet. I asked what the total bill per month would be and she told me $134.00 a month for all 4 phones. So now on x-mas day i find out that the phone i got a deal on now will cost me $23.00 more a month for the same supposed services i had before (but it gets better). 20 minutes later i received a text with the new charges of $167.00. I call back and as usual get the the voice automated services and have to spend 20 minutes trying to figure out how to talk to a real person (all the time getting a update on the same call of how much more i will owe on my new bill). I finally get a hold of a real person and proceed to tell her i just changed to this new phone 30 minutes ago and that that the gal told me that the new bill for all 4 phones would be $134.00 month and the bill (text of it) came back $167.00). I asked her what the monthly phone bill was she said $151.00 and i assumed the $16.00 difference was for 12/25/—12/31. So i told her that this is not what the other gal told me the monthly bill would be and that i can`t afford to pay $40.00 dollars more for the internet for one phone (supposed to already have internet on other plan). So now it gets even better. I ask her to just reactivate the old phone and i will return the other phone and get my son another gift. Now the gal tells me (note that this is 30 minutes later after i receive the new higher than told bill) that that plan that i had no longer exsists and i can`t put the old phone on it. Now instead of a great x-mas present for my son i have disappointed him embarrassed myself and basically punished him by taking away his old phone because i can`t reactivate it and we can`t afford an extra $480.00 a year so he can have a windows phone. This already has been one hell of a year with having a stroke and the wife getting in a head on accident. I thought that at least we would have a decent X-mas. Metro PCS may God have mercy on your evil soul.
