Made an online purchase at Snowbootsdance.com which sells Ugg Boots. Purchased one pair. $143.00 with shipping. Two days later I get an email stating an error with credit card process please contact support. The pbone number on the website does not work. No one responded to my emails. I requested them to just cancel the order and do not attempt to charge my account. They did charge my account on day three. No response. No shipping information no way to trace or know anything.
I did find out the Hosting company for the two websites is DCS Manage.com DCS Pacific Star, LLC 1650-619-2992 (Private Systems Networks) I found another site Uggbootse.com is also the same mirror site. On my credit bank statement it says NA Keyi Shoes & Garmen. I am trying to get the charges reversed or my money back. What a way to shop for Christmas. These people really deserve to be in jail.
