Hindsight is always better than foresight, that is why I write this. I hope that anyone will think twice before using this company. We thought we were saving over a thousand dollars using this company rather than a tried and true company. We were wrong. Don't you be. And, before you sign anything with this company, get a law degree or a lawyer to read the contract. They have themselves covered so well that there is nothing in the contract to protect you from all that we went through. And this is what we went through.
We were moving some of our belongings from Jacksonville, Fl to Brooklyn, NY. On Nov. 24, after they had picked up and packed all of our boxes and furniture in their truck, suddenly it was over the weight of the estimate.By $240. At that point we could do nothing but pay.
