Rita Jones Check sent to you but also asking you to pay "Non-British Resident Tax

You get a check for $3,950 because they say it is a partial payment of a $50,000 award from Wal-Mart and Sears for "Reward Promotion Draw". But they ask you to call a person in CO who will instruct you on how to pay the tax for "Non British Resident".

I called JPMorgan Chase - the bank it the check is drawn on and was informed it is a scam.
