Rude, Unreliable, Inaffective and Dishonest

I hired them to get rid of an ant problem. They sent someone out, I paid at the time of service. I still had the ants.

They sent someone out again & tried to get me to pay again. I said I already paid and still had the ants. He treated for ants but forgot the powder for inside the walls. He said he'd be back tomorrow. He never came back. I still had the ants.

I called to complain and canceled services. The manager was incredibly rude! I asked to speak to her supervisor. She said, "You're not going to talk to anyone but me!"

They turned me over to a collection agency. My credit WAS perfect. I refuse to give them one more penny for services they did not complete. I should sue them for the original payment I gave them, for they did nothing to alleviate the ant problem.
