Positioned an order for various cigarette items at the conclusion of Nov. Around this publishing, (Dec. 14), I'm still awaiting shipping. I have been informed they had a need to clear my cost given that they do not consider charge cards, which removed 12/6, but nonetheless no shipping. Today theyare showing me the things requested aren't in-stock & theyare awaiting shipping from another area.
Their customer support is horrible or non existent. They've no respect due to their clients. I'll watch for my shipping to reach by next Friday, December 20th, of course if not obtained I'll document a proper problem using the FCC and also the Attorneygeneral's Workplace. I have been significantly more than individual and I realize that I'll NEVER BUY something out of this website again. This is actually the first poor encounter I Have had coping with online stores, however it is one which I'll not quickly forget.
Research another site... Do not cope with these people or this website.
