I contacted Custom Wall Displays, the owner Terry McWirter was quite helpful in helping finalize details for a custom wall unit.
In late July we confirmed the sizes and price and I paid him via Paypal. He was clear that since it was a custom unit it would take 15-20 business days before it would even ship.
A month later (September) after not hearing anything I emailed for a status, received an appolgy for the delay and was told it will be another week.
Another month went by (October), still with no product or word back, so I emailed again. My first response was that he would have to "look me up" because he didn't know I had an order with him. When I reminded him of all the details, I was told its a custom unit and takes a bit longer, but everything is cut and should be out this week.
Since early November I have sent several emails, asking for updates, then asking for my money back and received to date no response.
I've also sent 2 paypal invoices, also with no response.
He's got great communication until he gets your money.
