On Dec 13th, i needed to find some information on tenants renting our property. I chose inteligator because of their low rates. Ithen began a search for background information on these people and for each category i wanted to access there was another fee. They advertised the service as a one time fee. I started a 4 day trial period for the information i needed, but couldn't find and when I tried to cancel, the web address they gave for cancellations does not exist. I will now be charged an additional 19.95 per month plus the 22.99 I have already given them. The 4 day trial was $2.95. There's no way to cancel and there is no phone number or address to contact them.
