On 11/11/09 I ordered services through inteligator.com for backgroud checks. When I ordered it stated that I had access to a number of services. When I tried to use them they told me that I had to pay an additional $4.95. So I did and it was a mistake! All the info that they gave me was stuff I found by doing a google search and some things on the checks where wrong! When I went to cancel It took me a bit to find how to. I wrote them at the email for cancellation that they gave. This was the same day. They wrote me back wanting a detailed reason why I was canceling and exact info about what was not right on the info I looked up. Well I gave them my reason and I said to cancel my account. I didn't respond because I gave them reason enough. I check my emails today and paypal sent me a receipt from clickbank a service that collects money for Inteligator and they took another $19.95! I didn't have the money in my bank account for this! So know I'm going to have overdrafts when my bills go through. I wrote them again and clickbank and govregistry and sent them the cancellation email and all my order info and how unhappy I am. I'm going to keep at this until I get my money back because I am a mother of three small children and my husband is mentally disabled. I can not afford to be ripped off!
