On June 26th, I order flea products from Adams Bargain Outlet. Their site said due to their sale, the product would be shipped within 10 days. They charged my credit card on the 27th and have still (as of July 23rd) not shipped my order.
When I went back to their web site after 2 weeks of waiting and tried to use their order tracker, the system was unavailable. I have sent three e-mails to their address asking for updates on my order. No response.
Today when I tried to call their toll free number, I got a machine voice telling me that their voice mail box was full and to call again later.
