I had been delivered a faulty diaper simply to be informed I'd to cover the delivery costs to truly have the diaper delivered back. I put another purchase, however they wont provide reimbursement (only store credit). After paying many emails attempting to determine what could be best. I didn't cope with them again. I really donot advise them. They deliver faulty items, nor recognize their guidelines. Steer clear!
