Bank account was charged immediately for 1 phone. About 3 days later got charged for another one. I knew by now this was a bad idea. Receieved 2 phones and sent them right back via UPS.
I waited a couple of weeks before I started the nightmarish task of dealing with or should I say - trying to deal with this over the phone. It's been a never ending circle of being placed on hold, transfered, put on hold, transfered, cut off, call back, put on hold, transfered... You get the idea right. All to no avail. I get the same story everytime - you should see the refund in 7-10 days or I'll note the account to be expedited, should see the money in 24-48 hours.
A month later I get credit for 1 phone and have to start in again to try to get credit for the 2nd phone which they received at exactly the same time as the 1st as they were both shipped in the same box. If I could reach through the phone and grab someone!!!
Do not have anything to do with this organization, they're incompetent, deceptive and fraudulent.
