On 11/11 this company took possession of everything I own. I hired this company online to move my household furniture from CA to GA they
specified delivery date of 11/16/10. Quoted a cost of $2300 and demanded
$1100 in cash down and balance due COD. 11/17/10 I called to inquire
time for delivery and was told my property would be shipped out of CA on
11/22/10 to arrive in GA on 11/26/10.11/17/10 I told Abe Vogel to
cancel the agreement I would return to CA to pick up my property.
11/25/10 I received a call from John Vogel stated my property is in TX.
11/29/10 I received call from Benjamine Vogel said my property is in GA
and to bring him $1057 to get my property from a storage room and pay an
addition $28. When I called Benjamine for an address he refused to give
me an address to retrieve our belongings. I did some checking to find
this company is operating illegally and found many complaints from other
consumers stating this company inflate! S fees after taking possession
of ones entire household goods. Property damaged, broken and stolen items I find this corporation is suspended as
of 8/20/07, they do not have a california business license, no DOT
license and continue to fraud the public. I have no knowledge of where
my household is, I have no use of clothing, furnishings, computers,
personal items, jewelery, medication, televisions, everything we own has
been stolen from me and my son. I request investigation and help to
locate our belongings, this company holding our belongings for ransom and refuse to tell me where our property is and illegally removed our property from the State of California crossing interstate lines with property unauthroized to remove. The FBI should investigate this company, I have filed a Complaint with the Attorney General and Department of Justice. Beware!!! Do no use this company post message boards anyplace you can for this company will take everything a consumer owns. Read blogs about this company they should be put in jail.!!! We have been living without clothing, medications and living in an empty house without anything!!!
