QuiBids.com False Bidding by Quibids timer is added to many times over allowed time

This company has not been responsible to it's users, by inflating the price by adding time in the last 15 seconds, this user notices the last 15 seconds actually took 1 and 1/2 hours to close an obvious scam. Beware, very deceptive company. File report with FTC to fallow.
