We changed our long distance provider to a different company and Convergia tried to get us to switch back to their service many times to a point it was 2-3 calls each day and each time we said NO. They somehow switched us back without our consent and now is harrassing us for the bill/service we did not ask for. No one from the company was sincere to want to solve this problem and is consistently harrassing us and threatening to send our bill to a collection agency.
