I placed an order for a Replica fashions Handbag on October 29. As of today, December 2, I still have not received my order. I have sent 4 e mails, the first was responded to saying the item was on backorder, being sent from Canada and would take 7-21 days. I have sent 2 more e mails with no response. My account has already been billed. I would appreciate anyone that could offer any assistance.
