Received fake merchandise/still no refund

Please do not order from this company ever and spread the word.
It took almost a month to receive our order and once we received it we were amazed to say the least. We ordered two pairs of sneakers and a pair of Ugg Boots. Everything was FAKE FAKE FAKE!

This company answered one email back concerning how to return and get out money back. We followed all the steps to do so and we have heard NOTHING back since. They never answer the toll free number and never return the voice mail from the local number and emails are just not responded to at all... We still have not received our refund.

I am not a quitter and I will continue to attempt to collect. Who knows how many others they have done this to. I am going to be their worse nightmare!
