Phone power supposedly has tech support and sales access untiol 9PM Pacific time. This is not true, as they did not respond after 6:15 PM Pacific time by internet chat, phone or messages.
1. I started called at 6:15 their time on 11/16 and results were as many times previously; waiting in numerous queues to finally be told unable to connect. I couold watch the queues go from 7 and 8 to 1, but never connecting.
2. I called by cell phone at least 5 times and each time was told selection #3 (tech support) was an unrecognized option. Options 1 and 2 were closed, even though web site claims they are also open.
3. I left 5 messages through their web site menu - all ignored.
4. I sent 4 emails to [email protected] and [email protected] before 7:45 PM, all ignored.
At first both phone lines were out, not all services are broken / non working. This NEW modem is all of 7 days old. I recently went through this problem 2 weeks ago. IF you ever get to talk to phonepower, the staff is friendly, but it appears their equipment and web site (availability) support information is totally in error.
