Recieved my local phone company bill and noticed a 3rd party charge from ILD on behalf of YCP Network, LLC for "electronic fax monthly fee". This is not a service I need nor one I signed up for. Neither ILD, nor YCP, nor my local phone company can provide me with information regarding who, when, and where this service was contracted for, other than YPC who states they will send me a statement that shows what information was provided (including name, birthcdate, etc. All of which I had to supply in registering my complaint!). There is no way this service was knowingly signed up since the number attached to it is a small one person office that no one else would ever use. Clearly a scam.
