Cosmetic Scam

I received three requests that had the same statement in it: "Good to hear from you. I am from Maryland but will be coming to your states..." It requested multiple Avon products and said their company paper payment. All ended with a persons name and the title ASSISTANT PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT. That is what made me suspicious. I researched it and found that they have been completing this scam across the USA.
