Attempting to cancel membership via web per instructions on their help site. When you log in via yahoo it shows that you are logged in, but does not give you access to your membership pages. When you go to help and select I want to cancel, the link does not work.
I read here on consumer complaints, where someone else repeatidly tried to cancel membership via phone and had a very difficult time.
I have sent emails and did a screen shot showing that I was logged in, but there are no tools menu to select.
Others need to be aware of this company and steer clear.
