I just sat down to address my Thanksgiving cards. I purchased an 8 pack according to the package labeling on both front and back. Barcode # 6700838241. Package back.indicates 8 cards. I opened and began to address the envelopes and discovered 6 envelopes instead of 8; then counted the cards. Guess what? Only six of those as well. I send a message to American Greetings on-line, and received a message back from Melanie M., customer service which directed me to send a message to AG to the same link that I had used to file the original complaint, so essentially nothing happened.
