Do not give this company any contact information for asset managers. It appears to be a scam primarily to collect and create a data base for reo asset managers names, email addresses and phone numbers. They will conduct several interviews and then ask for any correspondence between you and your asset managers. So you email them a bunch of your emails with all the contact information of asset managers, then you never hear from them again. Appears to primarily a front operation to feed the data base of other closely connected operations claiming to provide agents and brokers with reo accounts. But all i got was used for asset manager contact information. Recommend that you not give them any information or one penny as they want $2,500 upfront for a promise of at least 1 reo listing in 6 months or your money back. Just a scam in my opinion.
