This company double billed my daughter in April ($59.95).
I have contacted them at least 10 times and every time they've told me they have issued the refund - but the freund NEVER comes.
I've been told they are issuing a credit to my Mastercard, then they were sending a check, then they told me they were having a problem with the processing company then a problem in accounting - still NO REFUND.
Needless to say I cancelled my account with them a long time ago - they did nothing for my daughter except ask for more money to fly to "promotional opportunities" This company is a real ripoff. I've tried to call the CEO, but he never answers his phone... I can only imagine why he never answers his phone, one of the customer service people there told me there were MANY customers that this has happened to and haven't received a refund!!!
