Went on their website to check out the program for $2.97. Looked it over, decided it was not for me. And left the site. Received my credit card bill with $139.95 charged to my account. I called 800-422-1949 in CA. I talked with a Drew in customer service. After talking with him for several minutes he refused to give me any credit since I was 13 days late!!! I told him that I never saw anything on their site to indicate that it was a short trial period or that I would have to call and cancel anything. He claim it was there. I never saw it. I forced him to give me a credit. He gave me a credit number 1ABD9. It was very hard to understand his English. 17 days later I check my credit card only to find that no credit has come through. I talked then on 10-27 to a Victoria at DCA. She become very curt with me and told me that I could fax my complaint to them. I told her that I was a senior and did not have access to a fax. She then went on to say that my claim had been denied. I did report this to my credit card staff. This is a SCAM
